We have a BIG problem with staff making simple spelling mistakes on cake inscriptions. Can anyone help or point us to someone that can?

Spell checkers
A spell chequer is now substitute four being able to spell properly as ewe cane sea from my comment as it won't pick up all thee miss steaks. It will still let you use the wrong words spelled correctly .
Sorry but there's no substitute for learning correct spelling and grammar IMHO.

I would guess these are all ordered in advance so maybe you could put in place a procedure where all inscriptions are approved / signed off by someone who can spell.
Not as good a solution as finding people who can spell but the process could be made quite simple. A database search could list all inscriptions that are open (or due that day) and then someone just needs to check and initial the sheet.

If the MOTO form is essentially just a web page shown locally then perhaps it would be possible to include some javascript such as http://code.google.com/p/jquery-spellchecker/
EDIT: Can't get code to run properly on the MOTO form unfortunately.

We make all embroidery customers either email or fax their requirements in to us if they phone in their orders rather than order online using form given, therefore if they make a mistake it's their fault if ours then our fault.
Massive drop in problems since we started and the customer understandChris Ashdown
