Orders for Collection!

Actinic 10 is great but still no generosity to those of us who allow free branch collection as a choice. The customers address still appears in the delivery fields which causes confusion if you run a dispatch operation as well.
Can anyone write a piece of checkout script that if a customer ticks a box saying “collection” the tick box for “delivery to different address” is automatically ticked AND our business address appears in the delivery fields.

Why not as a temporary fix use the user definable general information box in the checkout and word it "Please enter branch if collecting". You can then see this under the misc tab when orders are downloaded.

You can even edit the title to Collection or whatever and make it a required field...

Thanks but we really need our reports to report exactly what is required.
If Mrs Smith has chosen to "collect" her cake and all the reports state
Deliver to Mrs Smith, Smith Road, Smithville.
It all creates phone calls and queries and leaves us open to errors that we can't challenge.

I would vote for this, we get maybe two or three orders a week from customers who put the order through online and want to collect it when visiting the nursery.

I am thinking some sort of page script is possible. We have exactly what i have requested set up for our MOTO form.

It would also help us if "collect order" was selected, shipping was then automatically set to zero, it is often not a problem as customers usually purchase more from the sales area when collecting but it would be more straight forward.

You could do this at the reporting stage, just have them print what you want if a particular shipping type is selected.
