Separated SHIPPING ZONES

Hi,

I'm having a little problem.

I've separated the shipping counties, eg, British Isles, Eurpore, Rest of World.

Looks and works on delivery drop down menu for delivery country but not on invoice country. Any ideas?

Never got a reply on this one.

Have a look here www.boxes4babies.com, add an item to cart, then click checkout now.

Then click 'Deliver to Different Address' tick box so the separate delivery fields come up.

Have a look at both dropdown menus for 'Country'.
Delivery country is broken up into sections like British Isles, Europe and Rest Of The World... but invoice country isn't. They both use the same HTML code and should be the same.

This worked OK on Actinic v9, this problem happend on v10.

Have I missed something?
