Your website says it's using 10 LDZA which I'm pretty sure is 10.0.4 so that looks right.

I wonder if it's a case of Actinic knowing somewhere that the orders were created in a previous version and 'protecting' them just in case there's any incompatibility. If this what's happening (and I've no knowledge of this, just trying to think about what could be causing it) then I wonder if the solution could be as simple as:

    - Renaming all the .ord files so the extension is .ordbak (for example).
    - Downloading the orders and getting a 'no orders' message.
    - Renaming the files back to .ord and doing another download.

The idea is just to reset any protection actinic might be using so it's happy to download orders again.

There are two things I'd suggest here:

    1. Copy the order files (the .ord ones) somewhere safe just in case there's a problem.

    2. Before changing the .ord files extension you'll probably need to change the permissions on those files to 755 (or something similar). Your ftp software will let you do this.
