Epos not synching with website..

Hello,

We have Business Plus and Actinic Epos running on our network and they happily transfer stock levels between them.

We upgraded to v10 enabled real time stock control by enabling both "enable online stock control" and "automated stock synchro".

Unfortunatley the stock levels are not automatically transfering to the website we have to manually upload the whole site as in v9.

Any ideas about where I am going wrong?
