Actinic Link sage error

Hi I am having a problem setting up actinic link for sage line 50

We are using v10.01business
Latest actinic link v2.51.02
Sage Line50 V12 F/Controller

i have set up link to run in (unlinked from sage mode) we only need basic sales info to go to sage under a generic internet customer.

On creating an export in actinic the resulting order file will not import into sage.

i get the following error message in sage

"Error in line 1 field 11, invalid data for transaction exchange rate/field"


Actinic is set up to use simple tax and vat as 17.5%
Al products use vat

We do not use any exchange rates in sage.


Actinic export file is as below. I have changed customers name to who me!)
SI,INT001,4001,2,01/04/2010,0015856,who me(CP43JH10015856),12.60,1,.00,CP43JH1

Any help on this one!

update

there is a bug in V10 actinic link to sage Line50 v12

support have told me this was fixed in a previous version but has been missed of the v10 update

the mapping has gone a stray

we have to stick with v9 or upgrade sage from v12 not happy there

when i spoke to support they seemed to think actinic was no longer supporting sage v12 or previous versions with link, or that is what i was told.

This is not good for us I am hoping it is just a case of support being wrong!

it might be in black and white but in the real world it does not work with sage line 50 v12 and actinic business plus v10

I spoke to Ian in support and it looks like a bug that was previously fixed in the old link has crept in again in the latest link update.
