    Vat rate dissappears after login

I have come across a problem which someone can probably fix in 2 seconds. When a user looks at a product it says x.xx (excluding vat @ 21%) for example. When the user logs in the "@21%" disappears. the parent is "standard tax excluding vat" and the pricelayout for online is "online tax exclusive price"
I am hoping to go live in the next week so there will be probably a few questions like this over the next few days.

On a side point, why cant everyone that uses actinic print picking list, only the "enterprise version can". Personally that sucks as I have over 4000 lines and not a proper way to pick them, current offline average order is about 100 - 200 seperate products per order

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi David,
there is another layout called 'Price layout for online customer prices', this controls the price display for logged in customers.

thanks for this, I am changing it now, couldnt see where it was doing the change for the life of me. I dont know why they would not include the same detail for both, makes sense too.

I'd argue it didn't make sense, businesses like to see prices different to retail customers. I think there is a law about it too.

leehack, my business is wholesale and not retail, I show prices excluding vat where retailers must show prices all inclusive of VAT. I have 4 different vat levels depending on the type of item, e.g. choc biscuits are 21% where 1/2 choc are 13.5% and it is important for my customer to know the VAT breakdown of their products.
