Possible problem with safari/osx maybe?

Has any one had customers using Mac's not being able to place orders? Actinic v10.01 insists they must have a customer account?

Only seems to be mac users at the moment but I'm unable to replicate the error myself on a windows or osx

A further note is that I'm not totally sure of OS version number, and I presume they are using Safari, again not sure of the version number.

I run Actinic v 10.0.1 in a VM on OS X, and test the site in Safari - and I've not had any issues.

Our site performs faultlessly on Safari v 4.1 / v 5 on Mac and PC - and indeed on latest Firefox / IE / Chrome on both OSes.
