MOTO drop down work around

Under the new order tab all sites I have whether upgraded or newly licensed will not operate the drop down boxes for payment method, shipping method etc.

In lieu of a fix if you click on the field and use the up and down arrows on your keyboard this allows you to scroll through to the correct entry.

Thought I would share if anyone else has the same issues (that includes you Dan)

When I had this problem I compared my database against a virgin one which gave me enough info to fix the MOTO screen - I can't remember what the problem was. Long time ago when the MOTO screen was very first introduced. But I do remember it wasn't that hard to work out the problem if you know your way around Databases.

Not that I'm saying everyone should know their way around databases - just being an old hand at this Actinic malarky Jonty, thought you'd cope.

That's the thing - even virgin default untouched by my scabby hands databases show the same issues. A PDS from a default site did not cure either.

I do not use the MOTO but the issue was raised by a client as their site was not allowing the drop downs and their installation on my machine was not working either. At first I thought it was something they had killed alas it wasn't (this time )
