I have imported products from an excell sheet into sage line 50 using the headers below, all products came up ok to view in Sage.
Stock item code
Stock item name
Web category C (Product name)
Web Category B
Web Category A
Unit
List Price
Cost Price
Discount Sales Price
Cost Plus Publish to Web
Sage Category
However when using Link to import from Sage to Actinic only the section headers come over and I get error messages for each product:
Line 752: An invalid Product could not be imported.
Line 752: Invalid image extension for image file s:\Actinic\Site1\. Actinic only supports JPEG (.jpg, jpeg), GIF (.gif) and PNG (.png) file formats.
I am not using images in Sage so not sure why this should happen.
However, if I go back into Sage and untick and then retick the 'publish to web' box and import to actinic again the product shows?
I spoke to Sage support who were very unhelpful and indeed sounded annoyed that I should be calling them on this as it had to be an actinic fault!
I think not!
Any help would be really appreciated as there are just under 2000 products to 'Untick and Retick' if I have too!
Cheers
Keith
