V10 Checkout County/Country

Online checkout is producing request/entries for Country before County and Postcode - why is this? Illogical in my view and didn't do it in V9.

(Note, Short Description setup in Design/Text/Website Invoice address, is also written as Country/State/Province, which should surely be County...etc. )

True, this doesn't seem logical.
You can change them around though - see attached.
