Actinic Link - Sage Line 50 & Googlecheckout bug?

We've been having issues with sending orders to sage, this manifests itself with googlecheckout orders, when raising invoices in sage.

Initially we thought this was because of our old 2008 version of sage and were recommended to upgrade to 2010. The same issue is still occurring.

I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this, it does seem very strange. The order details with get confused with the previous order sent across from actinic (the order directly above it in the csv created through export outsanding orders).

We've isolated this to googlecheckout orders because when we don't send them across it works fine.


Is anyone else having any issues?

Just as a followup to this, just comparing lines in the export csv in the source folder - googlecheckout ones have

1) a different kind of authorisation code in place of a credit card code [CC Authorization code]
2) no terms and conditions column ticked [Terms and Conditions Accepted]

having written a prog to remove (1) - ie blank it & tick the terms and conditions column (2) , it seems to working - so far so good, no more sage anomalies.

We just run the prog before clicking the process button in actinic link.

Edit: don't know which of the two is causing the issue, its working so far so can't be bothered to find out!
