Adding pictures to products

Hi all

I'm trying to insert photos into my products but when I preview the website the images are huge despite being a small resolution, does anyone know how I can set up the size of the images so that they are all the same size making the products look tidy on the site.

without seeing your website, it's difficult to comment
2 things could be wrong

either 1) your images ARE too big, dimension-wise or
2) you have a set image size within your product image layout

However, we're not psychic, so I doubt anyone can help much more without a live link to the problem.

Resize all your images to the same size before adding them to the products.
