Product list/ Counter?

Hello,

i have tried a search before posting but can't find anything, sure i've seen this asked before though - is there a way to generate a list of products that have been added to the site? I seem to think someone may have mentioned Jan at mole end doing something like this? It wold be handy to have just to keep a track of what's gone on and for products that may need to come off too so if anyone has any suggestions i'd appreciate it.

A list of all products (product names) added since the store was created or ones added within a certain timeframe?

There's a 'Last update' field against each product in the database Product table. You can export this from the database into Excel either from within Access or from within Excel. That field is unfortunately not included when you export the catalog.

Hello, thanks for the replies - what i mean is a list off all the products that have been entered onto the site - a complete list of everything you're selling basically - the database list would probably do, (could i get a quick 123 on how to do that, not used access in a while but i'm ok with excel)
i just want a list of 'goods; that i can print off and use to keep a track of things that may want to come off or be updated as they change or are deleted from suppliers catalogues.

A 'stock level' report will give you a neat list of all the products you have in alpha-numerical order.

Operations > Report Selection >

Have you tried looking at the google export in the marketing menu? This may give you everything you need.

Andy i'm pretty new to all this and just got my head round running and altering the site in the last twelve months so there's loads i haven't even touched on yet but i'll have a look into that anyway thanks.
