I am trying to setup an item which has different sizes and has different price points with these sizes. I have used linked options and that works except the customer doesn't see the price until they add to cart - which works

I can list a grid of prices and quantities but there are over 40 values for each product I will be adding and makes page messy.
I tried to us "Component With Selectable Permutations" but this doesn't work with linked Options.
Ideally the customer would select the size then type in qty and the the price break would be based on the size they have selected and would show as they change quantities
Any suggestions would be great.
