Adding multiple questions

I need to add 3 additional 'prompt' questions for some new products beyond the one 'standard' prompt question that Actinic provides. I see from a previous thread last year from someone asking the same question the only answer was an add-on from Drillpine at a cost of £150.00

I this still the only answer? Any other options/ideas out there?

Ahh...thanks Norman, didn't see that. Is this quite easy to install (Actinic V10.0.2)? I'm not the brightest on the technology front!
