trying to import products, getting errors in help

I am trying to import 1500 products from my supplier, but when looking for help in the help section on actinic, when I click on a help link I get a Internet Explorer Script error

You need javascript enabled to access links in the main help file. DO you have js enabled?

I found a java tick box in explorer and its ticked
loaded updated java script
still doing it, here is part of the error message

Java isn't JavaScript.

Also, searching the Forum for "ActinicMainHelp.chm" may be useful.
