I have Business Plus v9 and am thinking of upgrading but before I do I would like to know what you guys that have already done so think the Pros and Cons are of version 10.

My experience
I have recently upgraded from V9 to V10.0.2. As always, there were some hiccups during the upgrade but everything is now fine.
The main improvements for me are the improved Checkout with the delivery address box on the same page as the Invoice address, and the stock synchronisation, which downloads the orders, updated the stock and uploads the stock every 60 seconds or whatever you choose.
A slight drawback was having to change the country settings to fit with the new version of SagePay, but this turned out to be fairly quick and simple.
All-in-all I am pleased with having upgraded.

Can't see any Cons that you aren't already aware of with v9.
Can't see many Pro's either to justify the cost of upgrade. Should have been a v9.x minor release IMHO.
Still using both v9 and v10 here, and have no plans to upgrade the v9 sites.Comment
