    Add to Cart button missing

    Hi Everyone, hope you can help.

    I have sorted out my products etc... but in a worry over having incomplete info/wrong prices etc... on the Inet I suspended ordering.

    I can not get the add to cart button back.

    I have a couple of IMG SRC=.... on my pages (as I can't find a different way to have a graphic on the page i.e. 5 year warranty logo) and receive an upload error message. I am assuming this means that it will not upload any changes to the stylesheets etc... until the links are removed. The workaround is to remove the link from a page and upload. I do not think this is an issue. If anyone knows how to put a graphic in using an alternative method, please let me know.

    If I put the catalog into suspended, the suspended button appears which is why I am happy the above isn't the issue.

    Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    It would help to know what the error message you are receiving. If it is the images ensure they are in the root of the Actinic site folder and use the following HTML :

    <img src="image.jpg" alt="image name" />

      Hi Jont,

      There is no error message of any kind. In the business settings, I can tick and untick allowed/suspend or any combination. I can upload with no issues. Any changes I make to content etc... appear fine. However, there is no cart button, there is no qty box etc... the ability to order one has gone and won't come back

      It is as though the system is ignoring the fact that I am trying to un-suspend ordering.

          The correct settings for Business Settings / Ordering / Online Ordering are:

          Allowed: checked.
          Suspended: Unchecked.

          When you tick "Suspended" do you see "CATALOG SUSPENDED" on your products?

          When you untick "Suspended" does it disappear?

          Also, switch to the design tab and look in your Product Layout for the line:
          Code:
          <actinic:variable name="AddToCartButton" />
          If that's not there, then perhaps you've deleted it.
