Export not including product properties

Hi,

V10 Enterprise

When exporting products using File|Export any product properties that have been added are not included in the file, is there a way to include this extra information?

Seems it lies according support, even though it states only design will be imported, it will replace entire shop from snapshot, has Actinic scaled back testing before release?
