    Printing Catalog Summary Error

Hi, Our Actinic catalog contains 2 main sections (new & used goods) The new items that we sell have quite a bit of info & wording and when we print it we dont want all the info on the print, we only want the product name and price. Likewise on the used section we only want the product name and price. Originally 2 templates we set up to change the layout of the Catalog Summary when printing but now when I try and print it comes up as invalid file name! Does any-one out there have a clue what I'm talking about and know any way around it?

    Please Help!!!!

By templates I assume you mean Crystal Report templates, it sounds like you have lost the report templates at some stage. The report templates are usually held in the main Actinic folder under 'Program Files', these files all end in .rpt and can only be edited using Crystal Reports V8.5.

So if the system reports the file as invlaid file name then it would appear that you have either deleted the files or possibly moved Actinic to a new computer and forgotten to copy the modified reports over.

The list of additional reports is held in report.ini which is in the site folder, check in there for the path to the report.
