Newbie theme question - please help!

    Hi

I'm new to Actinic, and just spent all day customising a theme. I then loaded a new theme to copy some code, and found I had no idea to get back to the theme I had been working on!

Major panic, hence the posting. Can anyone let me know if it's possible to get back to where I was?

    Many thanks,
    Harry

If you applied a different theme, your other layout is probably still there. Try changing the overall layout on a page, or in Design Library check Web Page Outer Layouts.

      Thanks for your reply.

Basically, I imported an old V7 snapshot, and worked on changing that. I couldn't see any way of 'saving' the theme I was working on, but I thought that once I had in effect created a new theme, it would appear on the list of themes, however, all the default ones are there, and no new ones.

Loaded a new theme, and it's all disappeared, even the preview HTML has been updated, so I have no idea how to get it all back!

What was the theme in V7? open it and see what is used, or click a section layout tab and note the layout. It is likely to be the same in V10. In the design library look through the ones named "upgraded".

          You're a Star!

I went into Advanced Themes Configuration, and changed Overall Page Layout to Act_Primary (Upgraded) and it all came back looking lovely!

Couldn't believe it would have all gone, or that it would have been so easy to lose everything.

Hope this helps some other numpty :-)

          Cheers,
