I want to change the Home page heading for my webstore from the template heading 'OnlineShop' to my company logo. I changed the logo in business settings but it has not changed the heading on my webstore home page, only on the sub-pages. How do I do this please?

It is defined in 2 places in site options, you've only changed it on one, one for section pages, one for briochure pages - do both. -
There are two places to change this - one for the catalog pages, and one for the brochure pages.
Go to Settings | Site Options - Site - 'Company Logo Image' and scroll down to 'Brochure Logo Image'.
