Importing Lightbox Images via Flat File csv

I have run this on Drillpine as well - sorry if it is wrong to duplicate:
I have a site with Norman's Lightbox enabled. I did a hierarchical export to confirm column headings (which showed all the LightboxImage and LightboxTitles headings) and gave additional product images in my csv the name LightboxImage 1 etc. When attempting to import the flat file Actinic queried the LightboxImage names and the LightboxImage names were not listed in the "to Actinic Field" column. I don't really want to have to add them manually. Any tips?

You have to import custom variable values using an hierarchical import rather than flat file.

I answered this on my Forum. Here it is again.

User variables are only available for Hierarchical Imports. Not for Flat File ones.

Actinic supply a Flat File Convertor program (FlatFileConvertor.exe - you'll find it the Actinic installation folder - double-click it to run it) that will help you create the hierarchical file from a flat one.
