Feefo today

Anyone else getting error messages whilst Actinic tries to upload "feefo requests"?

Mine is hanging then telling me my FTP details are wrong.(obviously remain unchanged)

I have spoken to Feefo and they said there was an issue earlier today, but that is now fixed.....These guys are on the case, but I was curious if it were just us, or not/

It has been explained by Feefo that

"This morning our server managers updated the program that controls FTP uploads. Unfortunately the login details that the server now accepts have changed"

I was given a fix, but it didn't work, something to do with Actinic and "automation" - anyway I am suprised nobody else has had this today?
