emailing order

I need on occasions to get an order filled by somebody elsewhere, so I need to email them the details. Short of typing it all out, is there a way I can do that?

Can you perhaps print the packing list to pdf and email that?

Yes, that would work. A bit clunky. The frustrating thing is that if anyone clicks on "Done" they generate an email receipt to themselves, copy to me, which I could forward. But they very rarely do. Actinic has this beautiful email all ready and waiting, with all the detail I need, but there seems to be no way I can get at it.

I considered changing the wording on the "Done" button to "Click here or all your cattle will die", but I expect there would prove to be some disadvantage to that too.

Why not use the order email facility withing Actinic?

I thought you could now create additional email types as required.
