V10.0.2 flatfileconverter.exe fails to start

Is anyone else getting this problem, or is it just me?

All I get is the Windows 'Send Error Report' dialog box from Win XP, as soon as I double click on the file.

I tried the V9 flatfileconvertor.exe, which starts ok.

I can't get it to run under 64bit windows profesional either. I just use it on a 32bit vista machine instead.

Ah! I forgot to say I am using Windows XP Professional (32 bit). The CPU is an Intel Core I5-660.

I have also just tried it on another machine running Windows XP Professional (32 bit), with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+.

It doesn't work for me either on Win XP, but runs on Win7.

You could try the v9 as a work around, it will probably work.

This is a known issue. It is being fixed in v10.0.3, which should enter beta testing shortly for release around the end of November.

In the meantime, it should be safe to use the v9 converter instead.
