In the V8 version of my site, one product had a box for customers to insert a greeting, activated by putting text into the "Other Info Question" field of the Prompts box. However this was not compulsory for the customers to fill in.

On upgrading to V10, it has become compulsory, which we don't want, but which Actinic help seems to imply is so with the OtherInfoPrompt variable. Does anyone know how to jigger the compulsoriness out of it? I have compared the coding in V8 and V10 and its identical.

Once this prompt is filled in in v10 it becomes required.
I suspect it will be a script change to have it optional.
