e-mail Cart items

Hi

im bit stuck and wonder if any1 has any ideas

im trying to add email option to the cart -
so customers would be able to email the cart items (qty cost total) to an email -
it would be like email the quote to yourself

I can think of two options:

1. Get them to checkout and use the 'invoice' payment method but change the wording to say 'email quote'.

2. Write your own PHP routine to pull the mini-cart cookie contents and create the email.
