    FeeFo Export woes....

    Hello,

    We launched our FeeFo intergration on Tuesday and have had notifications that files have been automatically exported each morning to FeeFo.

    Unfortuantley although we completed over 50 orders yesterday, the file uploaded contained just one order.

    What am I doing wrong?

      Hi Robert,

      I think that the orders are uploaded x days after they are placed, x is a number you set on the feefo tab. Ours go up 7 days after order. This is to allow people to receive and use their goods before they are asked to review it.
