    Loosing customers at checkout stage

    Hi
    I have just upgraded to V10 Actinic business. However Goggle Analytics is showing that a lot of customers are leaving the checkout page. I have check prices etc. and can find nothing obviously wrong. Has anyone got any ideas? I would welcome anyone reviewing my site for honest feedback.

    Hanging at bounce page

    Hi there,

    Hope you don't mind but I've just done a test purchase and couldn't get past the bounce page....

    After about a minute I pressed the next button which is hidden on the right and it has been trying to load for a least a couple of minutes now.... even as I type...

      Provide us with a screenshot of the code in between the <head> and </head> area of your overall layout. Available to see on the design tab.

        Polo shirts and sweatshirts have no prices shown

        I would suggest showing shipping costs on home page clearly as this gives confidence, rather than getting a shock half way through checkout

                Dan, the bounce page bounced OK for me just now.

                Took a bit of searching to find the button to take me to the cart though - its a bit hidden up there in the top menu.
