Tick Box to hide old orders for faster upload of Orders

When I open Actinic v10 in the morning and retrieve orders I am reminded that if I tick a certain box it will hide orders of 9999 days old (or more or less as desired) and the whole process will then run much faster.
Where I'm supposed to locate this tick box is another matter - I can't find anything in the starter guide, the help menu or searching keywords in this forum.
It's not a major issue but it would be nice to know all the same.

Click on the Orders top tab and then the Filter Orders bottom tab and you will see the option at the bottom left.

That does nothing but searching 'Filter Orders' in the help guide has revealed that this is only available in Actinic Business and above.
