Can i remove a checkout page

Hi All
I am designing a site on V10 which is not VAT registered, everything is free shipping and does not need to ask any additonal questions during checkout such as 'How did you find our site' - all of this therefore makes Checkout Page 1 redundant. Is there a way it can be removed from the checkout sequence?

V10 checkout has already been streamlined, you're not going to be able to streamline that any further by removing pages, all you can realistically do is reduce all content on the page, so you just have the cart summary and the agree to T&C checkbox.
