Printing When Uploading

Is it correct that it is now not possible to print invoices / packing notes etc when the site is uploading ? I get a message saying online stock update is in process but we have not activated any of the online stock control features.
As the site takes over 1 hour to upload it is a real pain.

Any ideas ?

I think that this might be fixed in the beta that has just been released.
