Importing Products

I am using an access query to bring together a product table and a category table.
I then save this as a csv in excel
The category is working OK with text as Cat Food|Hills Science Plan
This creates a Section Detail and subsections.

I also have fields for
ProductID (created with autogen) in Access
ProductName
ProductDescription

When mapping for import I selected the following:
ProductID = Product Reference
ProductName = ShortDescription
ProductDescription = FullDescription

I cannot get any products showing in the menus (sections) and wonder if anyone can see where I am going wrong please?

Are you using an hierarchical import or flat file type?
You may also have to switch off autogen of prod references.

I am using a flat file created using a query in access then converting to csv

Yes this is done
