Limit payment methods by shipping/delivery address

Could someone please advice me how to limit the payment methods used by shipping address. I have used 'Limited by location' in the Payment and Security section of the Business Settings - but this only gets applied to the country given in the Invoice address. I need this to be applied to the Delivery address instead.

I suspect (if anywhere) this is controlled by your 'tax by location' setting on the tax tab. Although i'm not sure it's logical to restrict by delivery address.

Tax is based on the delivery address.

I'm not sure it's possible to restrict payment methods based on the delivery address. I'm sure it makes sense in your particular case, but in general I agree with Lee that the payment is made by the customer and their location, rather than the destination of the goods, is usually the important factor. (although I can also see that in the case of fraudulent purchases the 'payers' location is more likely to be the destination country than that where the card is registered.)

You can only limit payment method by country.

Business settings | Payment and security | Limited by location checkbox (when a payment method you want to limit is selected)

I think the limit payment method by country bit is understood. The question as I understand it is can you limit it by the delivery country rather than just the invoice country?
