Number/Letter values in Actinic Access Database status fields

    Hi,

Slightly strange question, within the Actinic Access Database there is a table called 'Order' and two fields are 'Status' and 'nPaymentStatus' fileds with varous indicator values used in each field (i.e. nPaymentStatus uses 0,6,4,9, 10 or 11). Does anyone out there know about these values and what they represent? I have asked Actinic support but a little oddly they claim they don't know.

I'm trying to create my own reports on order values/quantities by month/year etc so equally if there are any other solutions out there could someone please advise?

    Many thanks....

    Ian.

Actinic can supply a document with database definations, it might be worth getting hold of a copy just in case you need to know more in the future.

I have a similar conversation going on with support at the moment as well, they refuse to support something because it's a plugin but actually it's part of the standard software - customers been held up by 2 months now because of this, I think that there might be a new person on board.

                Regards,
