    Missing order

    I have searched and there are similar posts, but I couldnt find this example.

    We had an order on the 11th, product was out of stock. Went to look at details tonight its not in the orders page under any tab. If I go to Actinic Payments it also has no record of the order, just 3 pending orders with this order number in the sequence missing.

    If the customer cancelled the card transaction would it be removed from the Actinic Payments site? is that even possible?

    have you tried typing the full order number into the search bar in Actinic? (presuming you have the full order number from an order confirmation copy or suchlike)

      I thought I had better own-up I have found this order in Pending Payment Service Provider. However there is another order in there, that as far as I was aware was billed a month ago and the amount seems to have been credited to the bank.

      So a further question - what do I do about settng it as 'Completed' I dont want to click and mark it completed it if it will bill the customer again.
