Price Breaks

I am using V10 business, imported from V9 and originally from V7 catalogue (is this where te problem lies?) but cannot set up price breaks based on quantities as the 'Min' column isn't visible when I look at the price table. I can see my retail and all my account customers discount settings but not anything else... Any help greatly appreciated as always.

Will I need to re-make my website afresh with a clean install?

You will find it is there, it's just shrunk down to no width, grab the lines in between the headings and move them to expand them, you'll find it then.
