Automated shipping emails

Hi

Can anyone please let me know how I set for an email to be sent automatically to comfirm shipment when I click on the complete order? We have several to complete each day and I just want an email to be sent automatically rather than us having to click into the details and send manually each time.

When you Complete an order in Actinic, it automatically generates an email.
Once you have completed all the orders you want, there is an icon on the toolbar which Sends Email For All Customers.
Also, if you click Operations / List Emails, you can see all those that have been generated / held / sent.
Before you click the Send All icon, I'd check through the list and toggle Hold on the old ones, otherwise when you click the icon all your old emails will be sent as well.
You may be able to configure that Completing automatically sends the email as well, not sure.
