Printing two invoices now instead of one?????

For some reason my system has decided to start printing two invoices now instead of just the one.

Any idea how i can change this???

When you go to manually print is the copy set to 2?

does it print two copies if you print from something like word

no - it only prints one copy from word. it only just started happeneing today, ive not changed any settings (well none that i tried) it was workign fine yesterday.

where do i find 'manualy print'?? ive checked the printer settings in the control panel and they show only one copy.

I think the printer settings for Actinic are stored separately. In Actinic if you click on an order and select to print the invoice does it show 2 copies selected?

If you go file/print setup/properties in Actinic it should be set to 1.

it says copy count 1 (but is prniting two)

You could try printing one manually and see if that resets it. i.e. open up an order > Print Invoice.

ok i will give the regedit a whirl but if you see me on here again going 'aaaahhh i broke my computer' please dont laugh!!!
Just to add insult to injury my printer has now had the mother of all paperjams and is soon to accidentally fall off my desk and be replaced.
