Not sure where to post this, but it's a rather annoying issue that Actinic Towers might be unaware of:
I've only come across this since I've had my work PC upgraded from a desktop machine to a laptop. I've been provided with a dock with a separate large monitor attached to it, and mostly during the day I have myriad windows scattered across both screens.
If however, I log off, undock, and take my laptop home I don't get the benefit of the second screen. The majority of applications handle this adequately, but there are a handful of Actinic's modal windows and dialog boxes that might be created offscreen with no taskbar entry to access them. At this point the application has essentially hung and there's nothing to do but force quit. If I have enough time to prepare before I leave work in the evening, I go through as many of these as possible and move them to the laptop screen before I log off, but sometimes things get missed.
A non-exhaustive list of such windows includes the site selection login box, the design > library, and the prompt to take a snapshot on shutdown.
I'm not sure of the best approach to deal with this - perhaps a menu option to reset window locations? perhaps allow the windows to appear in the taskbar with an option to move them via cursor keys? I don't know.
This is probably the wrong place for it, but I thought I should raise it, and I don't really consider it a wishlist consideration.
