Moving to Actinic Hosting

I signed up and paid for a year up front with Actinic Hosting the end of last week. Does anyone know what I need to actually do now, in order to move from Fasthosts over to the Actinic servers ? I have seen the post in the Actinic Hosting forum for 123-reg and wondering if there is an equivalent one for Fasthosts at all ?

When we moved to Actinic hosting they sent us a comprehensive guide by email explaining exactly how to move servers and a txt file to import so that the network settings were changed.
