How many items in catalog?

Hi all,

Is there a way of finding out how many unique items (not including duplicates) are in my catalog?

We update our stock levels from an external epos system via flat file importing but sometimes items get set to 'not on web' in epos but not deleted Actinic and the stock in Actinic for these 'dead' items is never updated.

I've had a look at reports in Actinic as well as the knowledge base but am stuck.

Try exporting the catalog and opening the file in Excel. All the details will be there for the product that you need and with a bit of Excel jiggerling you should find the info you need.

Jan's got a priceing tool where you can easily export to excell the products one per line
