Error Creating / Using Fragment Variables

I have an Actinic website that has been upgraded from very early version of Actinic, from as early as Version 5 I believe (I realise not best to use early version, but i only came on board when site was version 10)

The site is now in version 10.3

The issue experienced is on using Fragments such as Fragment Text rather than BR for line spaces, Actinic is putting in empty P tags. I've gone to the setting to turn this off and use BR but it makes no difference.

Also on creating new variables at Brochure level on entering values and clicking apply changes a message of "Invalid Argument Was Encountered"

Has anyone experienced this issue? Worried might be some kind of corruption in the database, and compact the snapshot has made no difference

Not sure why you would use a fragment just to enter a line space but the basic code for a fragment layout wraps the text area with <p> tags, which is why they are appearing.

I think he's referring to older versions where a p tag instead of a br was used to space out text on fragments, need to go into database to solve that IIRC.

        Yeah Lee is correct.

Actinic is annoyingly putting loads of P tags in for for line breaks.

          What you mean by IIRC?

And where in the database would it be?
