Shipping Supplement Import

Hello all,
I am trying to import shipping supplements using a flat file, but it keeps getting knocked back as invalid data. I am entering 3000 to indicate a £30.00 supplement, but the error says something like : Invalid data. Expected unknown. Found 3000.
Any ideas?

Are you sure that can be filled out via a flat file import, it may be a hierarchical import to do that. Do an export from the file menu and on a product that has one in manually, see if actinic does anything different to what you are.

Thank you so much for that. You are correct. The flat file did not work but the hierarchical one did.
