I have a client that keeps getting the following message on up load:

Error removing fullprod.fil from the web site.

FTP Server returned:
The system cannot find the file specified.


Possible Cause:
File is not accessible by you

Recommendation:
Manually remove the file if it exists and click Retry

We've tried the standard hosting bug fixes such as making sure permissions are set, paths correct etc - But still keep getting this bug.

Has anyone experienced this before?

File is not accessible by you

Well actually if the response is File is not accessible by you
it means that this files is using some other process, which locks the file and not releasing it back, it might be, that somebody opened this file in the editor, or is this file stored in the separate hosting server environment? Try to delete all the files manually, through the ftp. If this file can't be deleted, that means, actually this file is locked by some resource in the system.

Deleted all files prior to posting here and didnt make a difference

really strange, seems to be fullprod.fil is not Actinic file, you add this by yourself?
