    Are my files in the right place.

    Hello

    I upgraded to Actinic Business V10 from Catalogue V9 in Ocotber 10.

    Unfortunately i am now without any actinic whatsoever due to an error with the data source. (shipping)

    I very much appreciate the help that technical are offering, but im tempted to become evn more involved in something i know nothing about as im climbing the walls waiting for it to be fixed.

    My files look a bit all over the place and i wondered if this was normal.

    I have Actinic V9 and V10 in the programme files, but my actual 'site' folders are in 'my documents' is this normal??

    im wondering if this could be why my datasources wont open.

    Sorry - im just desperate to get this fixed.....

    it probably makes no difference as i think it may have always been like this.

    Upload v9 in the meantime and test v10 thoroughly on a test domain before going live with it. At least you will be back online.
