More Problems - Cant Select 'Shopped Before' or 'Previous Customer'

when im processing telephone orders and email orders from V10 i go into the order screen and try to select 'shopped before' or 'customer account' but when i select either option i just get frozen out of actinic.

its really annoying especially as most of my customers are repeat ones and i cant remember their addresses from last time.

Anyone able to help.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Assuming you have already tried the usual quick remedy of compacting the databases via Actinic | Housekeeping | Compact Dbs, could I suggest contacting Actinic support so they can have a look at the snapshot for you?
