I have set up a discount for a Product Group.
This is based on Quantity with the Trigger set to "1".
The Reward Type is "% off extra product" with the Reward Amount set to 100(%). i.e. The extra product is free.
The Reward is a product within a second Product Group which are Components of the products within the main Product Group. These Components are Associated Products with Associated Product Prices.
In English, the customer can buy a polytunnel kit (main product) and select a number of options (Components) to go with the kit. The idea is to give one (or more) of the options free with the polytunnel kit.
Unfortunately, discounts don't work on Associated Products! (or is it Components that discounts don't work on?)
Please can anyone suggest a way around this?
